The state of New Jersey is nestled in the heart of the northeast metropolitan center. As the link between Philadelphia and New York City, New Jersey offers some of the finest quality of life amenities in the country from cultural centers like museums, theaters and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center to outdoor activities like sailing, skiing, hiking and fishing.

Locations like Atlantic City offer entertainment, fine dining and world-renowned performers. New Jersey also houses more than 75 museums and is home to the New Jersey State Symphony, the New Jersey State Opera, the American Repertory Ballet and the New Jersey Chamber Music Society, not to mention, dozens of local theaters and play houses throughout the state including the renowned Red Bank's Count Basie and Princeton's McCarter Theater.

New Jersey also offers a wide range of sporting teams and events for the sports fan including the New Jersey Devils professional hockey team, the New Jersey Nets professional basketball team, the New York Giants and the New York Jets professional football teams and the Trenton Thunder baseball team. With such close proximity to Philadelphia and New York City, fans can also watch the Philadelphia Eagles, the New York Mets or the New York Yankees in action.
